Williams Pear Liqueur

In May 2018, an international jury of 180 Head Sommeliers tasted our Liqueur Poire Williams blindly and crowned it with 3 gold stars! They named it "Exceptional Product"!
Our Master Distiller makes this 100% natural liqueur from the best Williams Bon Chrétien pears in Italy.

As soon as they arrive in our workshop, we sort, chop and put the fresh pears to ferment in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.
Our Master Distiller then distills these in our four copper stills. He thus obtains a distillate in the heart of the heating which is aged in stainless steel vats for a minimum of two years.

It is this 100% artisanal and natural process, respecting the rules of the art of traditional distillation, that allows us to offer you this liqueur with divine aromas and incomparable flavor.

To fully appreciate it, serve it chilled, straight out of the fridge, and enjoy it in a "tulip" glass to open up its aromas or a "Distiller" glass to concentrate its aromas.
