Eau de Villée is an exceptional lemon liqueur, like no other.
Our Master Distiller produces this one only in March, at the height of the lemon season. We pick them from the best untreated lemon trees in Murcia.
We sort and chop, immediately and meticulously, the fresh Primofiori lemons before macerating them for several weeks. This blend is then distilled in our four Holstein copper pot stills, the Rolls of pot stills. Our Master Distiller conducts this distillation with the greatest precision and according to the rules of the art in order to extract all the quintessence of the lemons.
The vats will age this distillate from the heart of the toast, the clearest and purest, for several months.
