Williams Pear Eau de Vie No. 1

We obtain this Eau de vie Poire Williams n°1 by natural fermentation of fresh Williams Bon Chrétien pears, originating in Italy. We then distill these pears in our copper stills. The resulting distillate is then aged in vats for at least two years.

You'll feel like you're biting into the fruit. Its flavor offers an exceptional length in the mouth.
